We ship worldwide from Jingdezhen, China. Standard international shipping typically takes 10-25 business days depending on destination. Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.
All orders are carefully packed with protective materials to ensure your ceramics arrive safely. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Because our items are handcrafted, slight variations are normal and not considered defects.
To start a return, please email hello@whisperso.xyz with your order number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of damage or incorrect items.
Damaged on arrival
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
