Yes. Every piece is shaped, glazed, and finished by hand in our Jingdezhen studio. This is why small variations exist between items.
How long does shipping take?
Standard international shipping: 10-25 business days. Express options are available at checkout.

Will I have to pay customs duties?
Possibly. Import duties vary by country. You are responsible for any customs fees on international orders.
